There’s nothing like the use of exotic materials to really pique the interest of the true enthusiast, and for owners of Audi’s superb TT-S, Scorpion’s latest exhaust system truly does tick all of the boxes.
Entirely hand-fabricated from aerospace grade titanium, the Scorpion system is exceptionally light, beautifully made and outperforms the factory system in every possible way. Each of the bends has been painstakingly created by Scorpion’s time-served craftsmen, using an attractive ‘lobster claw’ design, that ensures great flow, combined with exceptional looks. With technology gleaned from the firm’s extensive involvement in BTCC and Time Attack, this new TT-S system offers genuine racecar levels of fit and finish, within the grasp of the true enthusiast.

As well as significant breathing improvements, Scorpion’s engineers have managed to pare down the weight of the new system, thanks to the use of such space age materials. Unbelievably, the new part is some 40% lighter than factory, resulting in a weight loss of over 27 kg, simply from fitting the Scorpion system.
The stunning pipework is 70mm for the optimum balance of gasflow and back pressure, with each bend being hand fused to ensure an even curvature through the bends. This flagship exhaust is finished off with two 90mm STW trims on each tailpipe.

Two variants are available. Either a cat back system that bolts directly to the factory front pipe, or for those looking for the ultimate gains, an optional stainless steel front system with integrated 200 cell high flow catalyst is also available. The former retails at £2203.20 including VAT, and the latter at £575.00 all in.
The TT-S Ti System will initially be available exclusively through Forge Motorsport.
