Boas pessoal já ando a acompanhar a divulgação destes cartazes e acho espectacular não sei se já conheciam por aqui mas aqui fica!!
Picadarias entre construtores através de cartazes... excelente!

1. This is one of my all time favorites. An ad by BMW to mock Mercedes.
“A Mercedes Can Also Bring Driving Pleasure”


2. This Subaru’s ad takes a hit at Nissan 350z.
“The Mighty 350Z Just Got Smoked By A Family Of Five And A Dog”


3. Another Subaru ad. This time WRX STI wants to take on Volkswagen GTI. In case some of you don’t know, Volkswagen introduced mascot named FAST in their GTI ads.
“When You Go 0-60 In 4.7 Seconds; You Don’t Need A Made-Up Character Called Fast. It’s What Makes A Subaru, A Subaru.”


4. BMW M3 against Ferrari 355, Porsche 911, Acura NSX, Chevrolet Corvette, Porsche Boxster, Dodge Viper, Toyota Supra.
In 1997 September edition, Car and Driver magazine tested above mentioned cars’ handling. If I remember correctly the article’s title was, “The Best Handling Car Over $30,000 in America”. As you probably guessed BMW M3 won the test.
“The Best-Handling Car in America. And Seven Others That Look Like They Should Be.”


5. Mercedes goes against BMW in this one.
I-Drive is a joystick-like system, introduced in a 2003 7 series, that lets you control car’s amenities such as climate control, audio system, navigation, etc.(More info on Wikipedia) What’s interesting is that Mercedes released a similar system in their S class 3 years later called COMAND.
“I-Drive? No, You Drive. Some carmakers would have you learn a whole new computer system just to drive their car. If this leaves you cold, we’ve got the cure. The S-Class. Our flagship car possesses the most intelligent technology we’ve ever mastered. But it serves you. Not the other way around. Drive one and you’ll see.”

6. This is a witty congratulations ad to Audi from BMW.
“Congratulation to Audi for winning South African Car of the Year 2006. From the Winner of World Car of the Year 2006.


7. This is a response to the above ad from Audi to BMW. I’m not sure if it’s real since it doesn’t look like it was profesionally done.
“Congratulations to BMW for Winning World Car of the Year 2006. From the Winner of Six Consecutive Le Mans 24 Hour Races 2000-2006.”


8. This is congratulatory ad from Subaru to Audi and BMW to the ads above. Again I don’t think this one is real for two reason. It looks like a photoshoped Subaru’s poster and the ironic fact that BMW actually won 2006 International Engine Of The Year. Nice try nonetheless.
“Well done to Audi and BMW for winning the beauty contest. From the winner of the 2006 Internation Engine of the Year.”


9. Bentley. Showing a finger to all other car manufacturers.
